Auto Activation
Reseller domains in RNA Indonesia implement Domain Auto Activation. The meaning of Domain Auto Activation is that domain names that require documents such as web.id, co.id, sch.id, ac.id, or.id, and ponpes.id can be activated immediately upon payment settlement.
Domain Auto Activation Guidelines
- Day 1: The domain is temporarily active, and the customer receives an email requesting document upload.
- Day 1 to Day 3: The customer can upload the required documents.
- Day 4: If the customer has not uploaded the required documents or the uploaded documents are rejected, the customer receives an email requesting document upload and a suspension warning.
- Day 5: The domain is suspended.
- Day 14 and Day 21: The customer receives emails again requesting document upload.
- Day 30: The domain is deleted, and there is no refund if the customer fails to upload the required documents or the uploaded documents are rejected.
