Registrant Contact (Whois)

Registrant contact refers to the domain owner's information, which is divided into four categories:

  • Registrant
  • Admin
  • Technical
  • Billing

For TLD domain extensions (.com and .net) and ID domains, the Registrant contact can be updated according to the domain owner's needs. The Registrant contact data will be visible in the WHOIS database, but this only applies to TLD domains. For ID domains, this data is not visible in the WHOIS.

Steps to Update Registrant Contact

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Domains menu.
  • Click All Domains menu.
  • Search for the domain name for which you want to update the Registrant contact.
  • Click on Edit. Klik Edit
  • Update the data as needed, and then click Save. Klik Save
