Users

In the RNA Dashboard, there is a Users menu that is useful for granting access rights to each reseller domain management account. This feature provides three access roles: admin, support, and billing. Each role has different access privileges.

Admin

The admin role has full access to the RNA Dashboard, including the following menus:

  • Dashboard
  • Domains
  • Customers
  • Transactions
  • Prices
  • Whois
  • Users
  • Billing
  • Reports
  • Support
  • Settings

Support

The support role has access to several menus in the RNA Dashboard, including:

  • Dashboard
  • Domains
  • Customers
  • Whois
  • Support

Billing

The billing role has access to several menus in the RNA Dashboard, including:

  • Dashboard
  • Transactions
  • Prices
  • Billing
  • Reports

Steps to Add Users:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Settings menu, then click Users Management tab.
  • Click Add.
  • Fill in the user's details and select the desired role. Then click Save.
  • If successful, you will see the message User Created Successfully and the user will appear in the Users list.

Steps to Delete Users:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Settings menu, then click Users Management tab.
  • Click Delete icon.
  • In the confirmation message, click Confirm.
  • The user will be successfully deleted and will no longer appear in the Users list.

Steps to Edit Users:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Settings menu, then click Users Management tab.
  • Click Edit icon.
  • Modify the user's details as needed, then click Save.
  • If successful, you will see the message Users Updated Successfully.
