Email Templates

Email templates serve to determine which emails will be sent to customer accounts. Within the email templates menu, you can also make changes to the email content that will be sent. Additionally, there are two types of email delivery options on the email templates page: To Registrant and To Reseller.

Email Templates To Registrant

In this section, emails will be sent to the registrant. The registrant refers to the email associated with the client or customer's account. Here are the steps to configure email templates for the registrant:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Settings menu.
  • Click Email Templates tab.
  • Click To Registrant. To Registrant

Email Templates To Reseller

In this section, emails will be sent to the reseller's account. The reseller's account refers to your domain reseller account email. Here are the steps to configure email templates for the reseller:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Settings menu.
  • Click Email Templates tab.
  • Click To Reseller. To Reseller

Edit Email Templates

Here are the steps to edit email templates:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Domains menu.
  • Click Configurations menu.
  • Click Email Templates tab.
  • Select the email template you wish to edit. Click on the Edit. Edit
