SMTP

SMTP configuration is useful for sending emails from the RNA dashboard. One example is the activation notification email for the reseller domain account.

SMTP Configuration Steps:

  • Login RNA Dashboard.
  • Click Settings menu.
  • Click SMTP menu.
  • Enter the SMTP configuration according to your needs, then click Save. SMTP

Information

  • Default sender from RNA Dashboard is [email protected]
  • Ensure that the SMTP host and email are from the same provider.
  • Make sure the email used is a valid and active email, not an email alias.
